A Park Full of Cats!

Meowmie J has gone to Argentina to work and earn some Vet Tokens and Salmon Tokens. Argentina is a place in south America which has tasty cows and fast horses. I think Madonna used to be the Queen Of Argentina but then she left so she sang a song about it asking them not to cry for her.

Meowmie J sent Meowmie L a picture on her tellyphone - it was a picture of a park and in the park were hundreds of cats! No dogs - just cats. They were laying around sunbathing, eating and just being cats really. I wish there was a cat park in London. I hope Meowmie J doesn't fall in love with any other cats.

I had my Cyclophosphamide a few days ago and I have been really well - no sicky-ups and a good appetite. I wonder why some weeks I am OK with the drug and others I am not? Ben Vet and Caroline Vet were lovely to me - but I don't like it when they take my is not very dignified at all. Meowmie L does her best to reassure me but it doesn't make it any less embarrassing! Why can't they put the thermometer under my tongue or armpit like they do with you humans!

12 Weeks on...

12 weeks or 3 months - either way it is great to be here. Meowmie thought she had lost me at Christmas but she didn't, I'se still here! Hello Meowmie L and Meowmie J :)

Oh and the words 'possible clinical remission' got mentioned at the vet yesterday when I went for my check-up! That means I am doing well and Ben Vet and my Meowmies are optimistic.

The last few weeks have been a rough ride though, - from about the 8th March through to the 15th I was sick once almost every day, but then I had a good week with no sick. My appetite was good - after I had sicked my tummy up I usually went straight back to me food bowl for a refill. My last chemo dose was Vincristine, which I normally get on OK with, but this time it has not been very nice to me. Next trip is an Away Day and will be for the Cyclophosphamide...blee!

Vet Bill

Meowmie got the Vet Bill for my treatment since my diagnosis back in December. Meowmie went very white and thanked someone called god for something called 'insurance'. She cursed something called a 'twentypercentexcess' though. Apparently my Vet Bill to date is about £4500 - that includes the cost of the scan, biopsy and then the operation and some of my Mad Wis protocol and steroids. That is crazy. I could buy 2250 chicken breasts with that sort of money!!!
